Returns
You may return the product within 10 days of delivery.
To be eligible, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In its original packaging.
- Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase
Non-returnable items include:
- Locks that have been installed or show signs of use
- Customized or special-order products
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
Shipping Costs:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer/buyer and are non-refundable. In the event of a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10-15 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. To request an exchange, please contact us at ‘securhome@glvsafensecure.com’ within 48 hours of delivery.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
