We understand that plans can change, and we aim to make your experience as smooth as possible. Below is our cancellation policy for door security lock purchases made through our online store.
Order Cancellation Before Shipment
- You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase or before the item is shipped, whichever comes first.
- To cancel, please contact our support team at ‘securhome@glvsafensecure.com’ with your order number.
- If the cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 15 days
Cancellation After Shipment
- Once the product has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
- You may still initiate a return under our Return & Refund Policy if eligible.
Exceptions
- Orders for customized or special-order locks cannot be cancelled once processed.
- Cancellation requests made after the product has been dispatched will not be accepted.
