Installation Policy
Free Standard Installation is provided for all purchases within serviceable locations. Installation will be scheduled within 5-6 business days of delivery. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their door is compatible with the GLV Door Security System for proper installation and functionality. Any additional hardware or modifications required during installation will be charged separately. For remote or non-serviceable areas, we offer video-assisted self-installation support or connect you with a local technician.
Warranty Policy
GLV Door Security System comes with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
The warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Malfunctioning of electronic components
- Battery or power issues (excluding normal wear) in Remote Control.
The warranty does not cover
- Physical damage due to misuse or accidents
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Damage due to improper installation by third parties
Warranty Claim Process
Contact our support team at ‘securhome@glvsafensecure.com’ with your order ID and issue description. Our team may request photos, videos, or schedule a technician visit. If approved, we will repair or replace the product at no additional cost.
Proof of Purchase
Please retain your invoice or order confirmation email as proof of purchase. Warranty claims without valid documentation may be declined.
